Parts and smaller items
- We send parts and smaller items anywhere in New Zealand by [NZ Couriers].
- Courier costs are worked out at checkout based on [weight and destination]. The heaviest courier parcel is 25 kg.
- [Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are usually sent the same day. Delivery normally takes 1 to 3 working days, and rural addresses may take an extra day.]

Equipment
- Larger equipment is delivered by freight or by our own team, and we’ll quote delivery with your equipment. We deliver across the North and South Islands.

Damaged in transit
Please check your delivery when it arrives and let us know within [48 hours] if anything has been damaged in transit, with photos if you can. We’ll sort it out with the carrier.
