Northland Machinery 2023 Ltd (“Northland Machinery”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in the course of doing business with you, how we use it, and your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

- Trade account applications: your business name, contact details and any other details you give us to set up a trade account.
- Orders: if you buy from us, your billing and delivery details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, [Stripe], and we never see or store your full card number.

Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected to a standard comparable to New Zealand law.
