These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Northland Machinery 2023 Ltd (“Northland Machinery”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Prices and quotes

  • Prices shown on the website are in New Zealand dollars. Prices exclude GST unless marked otherwise.
  • Many items are “price on enquiry”. We’ll send you a written quote, which is valid for [30 days] unless it says otherwise.
  • Manufacturers can change prices and specifications. We’ll confirm the final price and specification with you before you commit.
  • Photos are for illustration, and equipment may differ slightly from the photos.

Orders and payment

Please read and follow the manufacturer’s operating and safety instructions. We’re happy to take you through setup and safe operation when you collect or take delivery.

To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of income or production, arising from the supply or use of equipment.
